Quotes

Mockups and quotes are free and do not oblige you to order. Prices on the site are for the standard packs shown; anything else is quoted. A quote is for the item, size, material, print and quantity it names.

Proofs and samples

Before we print your order we make a free custom sample with your design so you can check the quality. The full batch is printed only after you approve the sample and confirm the order. Nothing prints until you approve the digital proof. Please check spelling, colors and dimensions on the proof; what you approve is what we print.

Production and delivery

Production takes 7 days after proof approval. Standard ground shipping to the contiguous US is included unless your quote says otherwise. Delivery dates are estimates.

Reprints

If an order has a printing fault caused by us, report it within 60 days of delivery with photos and we reprint it free.

Returns

Every order is made to your size and artwork, so it cannot be resold, but you can still return an order within 10 days of delivery for any reason: tell us within 2 business days of delivery, send the items back in their original packaging within 10 days, and we refund 50% of the product price (a 50% restocking fee covers the custom work already done). Refunds are processed within 5 business days of the items reaching us. Return shipping is paid by you unless the error is ours, in which case the free reprint above applies and we cover any return shipping we ask for.
