How do I order custom food packaging?
Ordering custom food packaging from Bitefold takes five steps: choose the item, pick the size and quantity, send your artwork or let us set your logo on the dieline at no charge, approve the digital proof, then confirm and pay by invoice. Priced items go straight into the cart with no card; everything else starts with the quote form.
What are the five steps?
- Choose the itemPick the box, cup, bag or paper from the 40 items on the products page, or tell us what you serve and we suggest one.
- Pick the size and quantityUse a listed standard size (every size is in the size guide) or give us your own inside dimensions. Order 1 piece or 10,000: there is no minimum order quantity.
- Send your artwork, or let us design itUpload your logo or print-ready artwork. If you have only a logo, we set it on the dieline for you: a free digital design and dieline come with every order.
- Approve the digital proofWe send a digital proof on the real dieline. Check spelling, colors and dimensions; nothing prints until you approve it.
- Confirm and pay by invoiceAfter you approve the proof we send the invoice: product price plus flat-rate US shipping by order value. Pay by card, PayPal, Stripe or bank wire. Then production starts.
Where do I start?
- A listed item at a listed size: open it on the products page, set the quantity in the buy box and add it to the cart. The cart shows the product price, flat-rate US shipping and the total; place the order with no card.
- Your own size, material or quantity, or just a logo and an idea: send the quote form. Three required fields, your logo optional; we reply with a free digital design and dieline and a price.
- Already buying printed packaging: add your current quote or invoice to the form and we come back under it (price beat).
What do I need to send?
- The item and the size (a listed size from the size guide, or your inside dimensions).
- The quantity: 1 piece or 10,000, there is no minimum order quantity.
- Your logo (PNG, JPG, PDF or AI), or print-ready artwork if you have it. Tell us what you serve (hot, greasy, wet or frozen) and we recommend the board and coating.
- Your US delivery ZIP code and, if you have one, your deadline.
When and how do I pay?
After you approve the digital proof. The invoice covers the product price plus flat-rate US shipping by order value ($9.99 for orders under $100, $19.99 for $100 to $299.99 and $29.99 for $300 and up); pay by card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Stripe or bank wire. Production starts once the proof is approved and the order is confirmed, and you get tracking when the order ships. New customers can use code FIRST20 for 20% off your first order. New customers only, one per business, applied to the quoted price of your first order.

Get a quoteDo I need a card to order?
No. You add priced items to the cart or send the quote form, we send the digital design and proof, and the invoice comes after you approve the proof. Pay it by card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Stripe or bank wire.
What artwork do you need?
Your logo is enough: we set it on the dieline and send a free digital design and dieline. If you have print-ready artwork, send it as PDF, AI or a high-resolution PNG and we place it on the proof.
What if the proof is wrong?
Tell us what to change and we send a new proof. Nothing prints until you approve it, and what you approve is what we print, so check spelling, colors and dimensions.
Can I order different items in one order?
Yes. Add any mix of priced items to the cart, or list them in one quote request. Shipping is one flat US rate per order by order value ($9.99 for orders under $100, $19.99 for $100 to $299.99 and $29.99 for $300 and up).
