Returns and refunds

Returns within 10 days

Every order is printed to your size and artwork, but you can still return an order for any reason within 10 days of delivery:

1. Email hello@bitefold.com within 2 business days of delivery with your order number and the reason.
2. Send the items back by mail in their original packaging within 10 days of delivery. We email you the return address.
3. We refund 50% of the product price. The 50% restocking fee covers the custom design and printing already done.

You pay the return shipping unless the fault is ours.

Refunds

We process your refund within 5 business days of the items reaching us, to the payment method you used to pay the invoice.

Printing faults: we reprint

If your order has a printing fault caused by us (for example artwork or colors that do not match the proof you approved, or misprints), report it within 60 days of delivery with photos and we reprint it at our cost. If we ask you to send faulty items back, we pay that return shipping. No restocking fee applies to our errors.
