How long does custom food packaging take?
Production starts after you approve your digital proof and is fast; delivery is fast too. We do not promise a fixed day count: tell us your deadline with your quote and we confirm whether we can meet it. US shipping is a flat rate by order value, added to your invoice on top of the product price.
What happens after I order?
- Free digital design and dieline. We set your logo on the real dieline and send it back, usually the first thing you see after your request.
- Digital proof. You get a proof on the dieline and check spelling, colors and dimensions. Nothing prints until you approve it.
- Invoice, pay later. After you approve the proof we send the invoice: product price plus flat-rate US shipping. No card is needed to place the order.
- Fast production. Production starts once the proof is approved and the order is confirmed.
- Fast delivery. Your order ships by ground with established parcel and freight carriers to your US address; we email tracking when it ships.
How fast is production and delivery?
Fast on both counts, and honest about it: we do not publish a fixed day count, because it depends on the item, the quantity and how quickly the proof is approved. Tell us your deadline when you ask for a quote and we tell you before you order whether we can meet it. We confirm a delivery estimate with your proof and invoice. Rush orders: ask with your quote.
How much is shipping, and when is it charged?
Shipping is charged on every order and is not included in the product price. It is a flat US rate by order value, one rate per order whatever the number of cartons:

What if I need to return the order?
You can return an order for any reason within 10 days of delivery: email us within 2 business days of delivery, send the items back in their original packaging, and we refund 50% of the product price (the 50% restocking fee covers the custom design and printing already done). A printing fault caused by us is reprinted at our cost when you report it within 60 days of delivery with photos. Full terms: returns and refunds and terms.
