What we collect

When you ask for a mockup or quote we collect what you type into the form (such as your name, business, email, phone, ZIP code, the item you need and any notes) and the logo or artwork you upload. Our site also records basic, anonymous usage data (pages viewed, device type and approximate country) to improve the site.

How we use it

We use your details to prepare your mockup, quote and order, to reply to you, and to send follow-up messages about your request. Your request is shared with our production team and partners only to quote and make your order. We do not sell your information.

Where it is stored

Requests are stored with the service providers we use to run the site and our business systems (hosting, database, email and spreadsheets).

Your choices

Ask us at any time to see, correct or delete your information, or to stop emailing you, by replying to any of our emails.
