What you approve, and when
You see a free mockup first, then a digital proof on the real dieline. Then we print a free custom sample with your own design so you can check the quality in your hands. You approve the sample and confirm your order, and only then do we print the whole batch.
Timing
Production takes 7 days after you approve your proof. Delivery is by standard ground shipping to the contiguous US, included in the price. Tell us your deadline when you ask for a quote and we tell you honestly whether we can meet it.
If something goes wrong
If we print it wrong, we reprint it free. Report a printing fault within 60 days of delivery with a photo.
