Where we ship

We ship to business and home addresses in the United States: all 50 states and Washington, DC. We do not ship outside the US.

Shipping cost

US shipping is a flat rate based on your order value (the product total):

One rate per order, whatever the number of items or cartons. Your cart and checkout show the shipping rate and the order total before you place the order, and the invoice we send after you approve your proof shows the same product price, shipping and total. Taxes, if any apply, are shown on the invoice.

How long it takes

Total delivery time is production time plus shipping time. Production starts only after you approve your digital proof, and production is fast once you approve it. Shipping time depends on the carrier service, your address and the size of the shipment; we confirm a delivery estimate with your proof and invoice. Delivery dates are estimates. If you have a hard deadline, tell us before you order and we tell you honestly whether we can meet it.

Carriers and tracking

Orders ship by ground with established parcel and freight carriers, chosen by shipment size and destination. We email tracking details when your order ships. Large orders may arrive in several cartons, each with its own tracking.

Your delivery address

Please check your shipping address. If a shipment is returned because the address was wrong or incomplete, the cost of reshipping is yours.

Damaged shipments

Inspect the cartons when they arrive and email us photos of any damage or printing fault as soon as you see it. Printing faults caused by us are reprinted under our returns and reprint policy.
